PULS Boards ensures the highest standards during the production process and offers a guarantee on all products. Please note that windsurfing and sup are extreme sports, which could be dangerous for user and for equipment. Therefore, it is impossible to prevent all potential damage. Each board, during the production process is tested at quality and strength.
PULS Boards ensures that the purchased product is free from physical defects, failures of materials or workmanship (delamination, softening of the hull, inserts, fin and mast boxes) for a period of 2 years (Production) and for different technologies warranty against breakage for a period of:
The product must be delivered to the magazine Puls Boards, together with the sales document, containing the date of sale. Buyer should provide a detailed description of the defect along with additional information concerning the creation of product defects and possible photos.
The faulty product should be protected during transport. Product delivery risk is in the buyer responsibility. PULS Boards is not responsible for the destruction or damage in transport.
In the case of a justified complaint, the product will be repaired or replaced with a good one.
PULS Boards decide on the merits of the complaint application and the choice of how to implement the recognized warranty.
If it is determined that the repair of the product is not possible or cost of repair is unreasonably high in relation to the price of a new, Puls Boards is required to replace the product for the free from defects one.
PULS Boards is obligated to consider the complaint within 14 days of receiving the product. Depending on the type of repair, the realization of complaints should take up to 30 days following the date of examination. In justified cases, the duration of the complaint may be extended for an additional 30 days.
PULS Boards is only liable for defects resulting from causes inherent in the sold product.
Warranty does not cover defects resulting from the following causes:
1. The product has been exposed to excessive temperature (warmed to a temperature above + 50 ° C).
2. Any repairs or modification of the product outside the service PULS Boards.
3. Damage resulting from non-compliance with the instructions for use or maintenance, or resulting from misuse or neglect.

5. Damage resulting from the use of solvents or other chemicals.
6. The product is used for commercial purposes, such as rental or school , except boards dedicated to rental.
7. Wear element of normal use of the product during exploatation.
The buyer loses its entitlement under the guarantee on the product if it finds any modification or repair of the Product, performed by unauthorized persons.
